From Brewery to Soup Kitchen: How Mother City Kitchen made 4 million meals to feed the hungry.

When lockdown started, Woodstock Brewery turned itself into a soup kitchen and figured out how to use its brewing equipment to make hot, nutritious meals for less than R2 a serving.

They’ve made over 4 million meals since, and are still going strong. They even have plans to expand their Mother Soup Project. This is their remarkable story.
